We put our clients' interests first.
Objectivity is the purest form of Advocacy.
Objectivity means being neutral. We accomplish this by operating transparently and by disclosing any conflicts of interest. This gives our clients confidence in the objectivity of our advice and counsel and enables them to make decisions without wondering whether the advice we offered was compromised by a conflict of interest.
In particular, our objectivity is ensured by the following tenants:
- We do not create and promote proprietary product. We are indifferent to the source of coverage and to the program structure. We just seek those arrangements that will provide each client with the lowest cost of risk and uncertainty.
- We do not steer transactions. While we have strong insurer and vendor partnerships, we do not blindly direct business to those relationships. In addition, we do not make premium commitments or seek contingency income. Any contingency income we happen to receive is donated to charity.
- We have no ancillary, non-core services. The firm is exclusively staffed with broking and claims advocacy resources. We do not embed functions that can be efficiently sourced externally (like actuarial analysis and loss control).
